About Us
We partner with licensed cannabis operators to engineer compliance infrastructure that scales — from seed-to-sale tracking to real-time analytics.
Equity Level Operations exists to close the gap between regulatory obligation and operational reality. Cannabis operators face a compliance landscape that changes constantly, and most are still managing it with manual processes, disconnected systems, and workarounds that don't scale.
We build the technology infrastructure that makes compliance automatic. From METRC integration to automated reporting, we design systems that handle regulatory requirements at the infrastructure level — so your team can focus on production, not paperwork.
It should be built into your systems, not bolted on after the fact. When compliance runs at the system level, audits become routine, not emergencies.
Operators shouldn't guess at their compliance status. Real-time dashboards and automated alerts give you the visibility to act before problems surface.
We scope every engagement during discovery because one-size-fits-all doesn't work in regulated industries. The solution has to match the operation.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Joe Wiktorek advises cannabis operators on capital structure, governance, and the financial infrastructure that makes performance visible to ownership and fundable by lenders.
He brings over a decade of experience as a finance executive across multi-entity cannabis platforms, regulated retail, manufacturing, and construction. He has raised equity, structured debt, and built the reporting systems that operators and their capital partners depend on.
At Equity Level Operations, every engagement starts the same way: inside the financial infrastructure, making the business legible to the people who own it and the people who fund it.
Let us assess your operation and build a compliance technology framework that protects your license and scales with your business.
